Systo · Artificial Intelligence Operators. You own the AI, we run it.
Most businesses already pay for AI tools that sit unused, because nobody
has time to learn them. Systo fixes that with operators. A named person at
Systo runs Claude and your connected tools every day, and a human reviews
everything before it reaches your customers. The tools stay on your accounts.
If you ever leave, you keep all of it.
What is AIO?
AIO stands for Artificial Intelligence Operators, a term coined by Systo.
BPO outsources labor by the hour. AIO staffs the AI a business already owns.
The client keeps their subscriptions (Claude, GoHighLevel, Make, Higgsfield
and similar tools), Systo connects them to Claude through MCP integrations,
and an operator does the daily work at machine throughput. Billing is per
seat per month, not per hour.
What we operate
Content and UGC production is the flagship: ad creative, UGC-style video,
motion graphics and social content, produced with Claude, Higgsfield, DaVinci
and Remotion. We also run growth operations (lead capture, follow-up and CRM
automations on GoHighLevel and Make), build operations (websites, apps and
portals), and assistant operations (customer-facing AI agents with a human
QA loop).
How it's priced
One Operator Seat is $3,000 per month and covers one Operation, with a
three-month minimum and a two-week onboarding sprint at the start. After the
minimum term it runs month to month. There is no hourly billing.
